The gastronomy of our restaurant is the result of years of feedback from frequently returning guests asking for our traditional signature dishes.  We have maintained our menu for many years and also included new dishes all geared toward fulfilling and exceeding the expectations of our guests.  

We offer an interesting array of contemporary cuisine fused with Latin flavors and hope you enjoy your selection.  The popularity of the restaurant with both guests and locals is such that it has always been open 7 days a week, 360 days a year.

The rancho style restaurant features an eclectic décor under a high vaulted roof. Privacy and tropical ambience are created by colorful landscaping and tasteful music.

Our hotels reception is located at the restaurant, what makes the restaurant the heart of the hotel, with always someone there to greet upon arrival, offer any information on the area and assist you discovering the South by arranging your tours, flights and taxi services.
